Enough with too much relaxation

Christmas season has ended as well as the celebration of New Year (Not Chinese New Year), It has been almost two months that I have no “cardio” exercise. I feel so lame, easily get tired. :(

I did run for 8 km last Sunday but I really need a bit more  vigorous exercise and all I can think of is to visit again the highest mountain at Samal Island and for those who always visit my site already knew what I mean.» »» Read the rest of this post »
