January 26th, 2009 pedroiho Christmas season has ended as well as the celebration of New Year (Not Chinese New Year), It has been almost two months that I have no “cardio” exercise. I feel so lame, easily get tired. 
I did run for 8 km last Sunday but I really need a bit more vigorous exercise and all I can think of is to visit again the highest mountain at Samal Island and for those who always visit my site already knew what I mean.» »» Read the rest of this post »

Nearing Peak
My last mountain climb was March 20-23, 2008 at Mount Dulang-Dulang, Bukidnon. I was itching to do a minor climb and I decided to hike the mountain of Samal which they called Puting Bato.
